Location is the most Important thing when having a Disney Vacation, We have been visiting Florida for the past 15 years and promised ourselves we would one day have a home there, we could have had one years ago but wanted
to make sure that the quality and location were just right, And we think this is.
Indian Point where our villa is located is just 1 Mile from Hyw. 192 and 7 Mile from Walt Disney World, Its a very New complex but all building work is now complete.

We want the best when we are on vacation so you will find many things that are not standard in all rental villas, 3 Master en-suite bedrooms 1 with King Size Bed and 2 with Queen Beds, telephones, Alarm Clocks and all bedrooms have fans and air-conditioning.

A good selection of Cable TV (80+ channels), hi-fi, Video, Answer Phone and a host of kitchen appliances, and all the items you would expect in an executive villa.

The Furniture was upgraded to full luxury quality, and all floor areas are tiled except Bedrooms, which have quality carpeting

As well as our own Pool there is access to the Community Pool Play areas and Tennis Court

All the main Orlando Area parks are less than 30 Mins away most only 10 - 15 mins

Restaurants are just 1 mile away as is the Walmart on Hwy 192 there are 50+ Restaurants within 5 mins drive
