Our villa built in oct 2002 has been personally furnished and will easily sleep up to 10 people comfortably.
The accommodation which comprises of a family room, 32inch tv ,dvd,vcr. Dining area with eight seater table and chairs.

Fully equiped modern kitchen even a bread making machine.

4 bedrooms two bathrooms one which is en-suite,Cable tv in master and second bedroom. Both these rooms have queen sized beds.


The Garage has been converted to a games room and conforms to the local Fire and Building regulations.
Which has a full sized pool table, full sized football table. Another cable tv and a futon.
Numerous board games.

We have an extended west facing pool deck and sceened enclosure. The pool has a jacuzzi and catches the sun till it sets.

For parents for small children there is a high chair , cot and a safety net around the pool to prevent accidents

Our Management Company is small and such offers a Great Personel service to all our guests. Flexiability is a motto which is how we resolve problems.

The rate quoted is for the villa not per person.
The only Villa extra will be Pool Heat and this is £15 a day.
A returnable security deposit of £150.00 per holiday is also required and a deposit of £100.00 per week secures the booking.
