We are within 1 minute of a supermarket, chemist, local restaurants and banking facilities – and there are plenty of outlets and malls for those 'shopoholics' amongst us close by. We are also ideally located off the I4 Highway for the international airports. Orlando MCO International Airprt is just 20 mins away and Sanford International is 40 minutes drive.

The perfect recipe for a wonderful holiday in our stunning newly built, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condominium! We are located on the lovely Caribbean style resort of Terrace Ridge, in Davenport, close to the renowned golf courses of Champions Gate and Reunion. Of course we are only a few minutes from the wonders of Disney and all of the other theme parks and attractions. Inside the property we have kept the interior decor very relaxed and stylish with a light and airy feel. We offer a beautiful master bedroom with ensuite bath and shower facilities and a young, vibrant twin bedroom, also with ensuite shower. The sofa converts into a comfortable queen sized bed, if required. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan and opens onto a balcony with patio dining furniture. Everything you need for your holiday is there from a dishwasher (who wants to wash dishes on holiday!) to beach towels - we even offer free internet use, DVD player, DVD's and cable TV. The property boasts full air conditioning and heating and all new, modern appliances.

Next to us is the designer pool, spa and clubhouse, which offers a games room, fitness suite, kitchen/bar, lounge area with plasma screen TV and changing facilities. We have a Management Company available to you 24/7, who would be pleased to help with everything from theme park tickets to organising champagne and strawberries upon arrival! It is all there for you, whether you just want to relax by the pool or enjoy the thrills and spills of the theme parks!

Theme Parks
This is what Orlando is world famous for! There are many to choose from including firm favourites like Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. For a cooler alternative there are also many water parks in the area to try, Wet and Wild is the best known.

Golfers Are Spoilt For Choice!
There are between 100 and 150 golf courses in the Orlando area. Orlando plays host to two PGA Tour events and an LPGA tournament - something few cities can claim. One of the game's greatest destinations is also one of its best kept secrets. Golf heaven is just a few miles from your Orlando holiday home!

How about trying horse riding or travel the Everglades by airboat. It is an exhilarating experience and you may even get to see one of the Everglade alligators! In Florida the beach is never far away – Daytona and Coco Beach are less than an hour away. For your evening entertainment how about trying one of the dinner shows. They are good fun and great for all ages!
